Privacy: [email protected] For data-export requests, deletion requests, or any privacy-related question. Response within 30 days, often faster.

Press, partnerships, or anything that doesn’t fit a standard support question: [email protected] For agency partnerships, French-side professional referrals (notaires, chasseurs immobiliers, lawyers we should know about), press inquiries, and feedback that needs a human.

What to include

For account or estimate issues:

The estimate ID or share link, if relevant.
The listing URL or paste content, if the issue is about extraction.
A short description of what you expected and what you saw.
Your account email (if you’re not writing from it already).

For privacy requests:

The email address on your account.
The specific right you’re exercising (export, deletion, correction, etc.).

For press or partnerships:

The publication or organisation.
The angle or partnership type.
Your timeline if relevant.

What we don’t do

We don’t take customer-acquisition calls. The product is online; the documentation is comprehensive; if you have questions an article doesn’t answer, email is the right path.
We don’t have a phone-support line. Async email keeps response quality high.
We don’t do paid placements, sponsored reviews, or affiliate partnerships with estate agents, mortgage brokers, or notaires. If you’re pitching one of these, the answer is no.
