See what a French property
is really worth

Market data, mortgage costs, listing tracker, AI valuations.

Everything the buyer's side of a French transaction was missing.

The data gap costs you money

The agent has data you don't

Every comparable we cite comes from DVF, the official record of every French property transaction notarised since 2014. No proprietary score. No sponsored placement. No agent or seller pays us to influence your estimate.

The asking price is not the real price

Notaire fees run 7 to 8% on older property. Agency fees, when paid by the buyer, add to the notaire calculation base. We surface all of this so the number you compare to your budget is the real number.

You need receipts, not guesses

The output is a shareable report: comp pool, adjustments, median estimate, confidence band, and AI auditor's verdict in plain English. When you make an offer below asking, the comp pool is your justification.

How the valuation works

1

Paste your listing

A URL from SeLoger, LeBonCoin, Bien'ici, or an agency site. A PDF. Plain text. We extract the property details.

2

We do the work

Comparable sales from DVF, adjustments for the things that move price, an AI audit of the result. Around forty-five seconds.

3

You get the report

Price range, verdict, full math trail, comparable list, share link. Everything visible, nothing hidden.
